Bradley Wheeldon, PT, MPT, is the Louisville Clinic Director and a Co-Founder of OSPT.
Bradley received a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky. He has focused experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and general physical therapy conditions including extremity and neck/back disorders. His post-graduate focus has been on biomechanical and functional progression with an emphasis on manual therapy. He has served as a clinical instructor and CCCE for several physical therapy schools, and has a passion for helping fellow physical therapists develop.
Bradley was an 8-time All-American Rifle team member at the University of Kentucky and a member of the USA Shooting Team from 1998-2004, during which time he competed in international competitions including World Cups, World Championships, Championships of the Americas, and the Pan Am Games. He has participated in training as a classifier for the USA Paralympic Shooting Team.
A Paducah, Kentucky native, Shawn attended the University of Kentucky where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. After working for a few years at the University of Kentucky Sports Medicine department as a physical therapy technician, he decided to further his career and go to physical therapy school, graduating from UK with a Masters in Physical Therapy.
Upon graduation Shawn moved to Louisville and worked for Frazier Rehab at the University of Louisville Sports Medicine. Shawn enjoys treating orthopedic based injuries with an emphasis on return to sport and function. He has worked with elementary, high school, and collegiate athletes, as well as those in the professional arena.
In his spare time he enjoys working out and traveling, and is an avid sports fan – the Michigan Wolverines are at the top of his list! He is a longtime athlete and continues to play in recreational basketball leagues around town.
Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Justin completed his undergraduate degree in human movement sciences at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. While there, he played club baseball for the UWM Panthers before dedicating himself to pursuing a career in physical therapy. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Bellarmine University.
His passion for learning, professional growth, and getting to know his patients is easily recognized. He enjoys working with a wide variety of patient populations and orthopedic and sport injuries. His professional interests include hands on manual therapy, biomechanics, exercise, baseball, volleyball, and golf, with a desire to functionally progress his patients towards an optimal recovery.
When he’s not in the clinic, Justin enjoys working out, playing beach volleyball, golf, softball, fishing, hunting, watching his hometown Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers, and Louisville Cardinals.
Jeremy graduated from the University of Louisville with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Bellarmine University. He has trained and studied in powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and bodybuilding, with 25 years of experience lifting weights.
He became interested in becoming a physical therapist following a serious back injury that required surgery and threatened to derail his lifting career. These experiences have given Jeremy a passion for improving back and neck injuries experienced by athletes and non-athletes alike.
In his spare time Jeremy enjoys going to the gym, attending concerts, and spending time with his wife of ten years.

PT was my last resort and they came through with flying colors. It is amazing how much my pain has gone away in a week. My therapist is extremely knowledgeable and was quick to know my issue. The entire staff is very organized and extremely nice!!

You guys do everything really well! From the top-notch knowledge, hands-on and personable approach to help an individual understand why they have an injury, how to correct the injury and afterward prevent it from happening again. The staff whether it be on the phone, in person at reception, my therapist, and the rest of the…

My therapist listened to me and used my history as her previous patient to treat me and I achieved pain relief after the 2nd session. I’m so thankful for her expertise and kindness.

Besides the absolute friendliest people in the world… I trust what these professionals say for me to do to become stronger!
